<p>The first thing you need to develop is a daily yoga routine if you’re hoping to be a successful Sadhaka. Sadhaka are people who perform Sadhana. Sadhana yoga is different to each individual. Like if you are a parent who has a busy schedule or a student who attends class everyday has a unique routine of Sadhana. Of course, the individual who can dedicate more time with the routine will definitely gain a faster result. The 2 important factors to be successful in Sadhana are regularity and sincerity. To start with Sadhana, you can create your own program by writing your daily routines then you have to do this routine with a full dedication and you need to open yourself.</p>
